Beautiful villa located in the Salento hinterland in Cutrofiano in a semi-residential area about 20 km from the sea of Gallipoli. Immersed in a wonderful garden with fruit trees and palms, it has equipped terraces and pergolas, a jacuzzi and a shared swimming pool that will make your stay relaxing and unforgettable.
Inside
Villa Palma has two bathrooms and a kitchen with dishwasher. The ground floor apartment can accommodate four visitors and has a square in the garden overlooking the jacuzzi and the swimming pool (4x13mt) and a pergola under the palm trees. In the tower on the upper floor there is a bedroom for one or two visitors and a small bathroom. Furthermore, there is the possibility of renting an outbuilding of 25 m2 right next to the house, which can accommodate 2 more visitors, with a separate price list. Heated swimming pool in the low season on request. Sleeps 5-6.
As an option, you also have the possibility to rent the independent, new and luxurious Pool-House for 2 more people, which overlooks the pool directly.
Outside
Externally we find a 70 m2 equipped terrace, a 40 m2 pergola, large garden and parking with two parking spaces. Pets are allowed on request only and the swimming pool is shared with the owner's house, which is adjacent.

This villa is about 2 km from the town where you will find all the services, supermarkets, tobacconists, pharmacy, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, bank, etc. The central position is strategic for quickly reaching various seaside resorts on both the Ionian and Adriatic sides of Salento.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
To confirm the booking we require a 50% deposit by bank transfer by forwarding the booking form, balance 30 days before arrival, or on site in cash.
