The residence is made up of 7 holiday homes, two-room and three-room apartments, each with its own veranda for exclusive use capable of hosting 4 to 6 people.

Two-room apartment located on the first floor, accessible by a flight of stairs, at its entrance we have a living room with sofa bed and dining room and kitchen, bathroom with internal and external shower, double bedroom, and double sofa bed in the kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin. It has a large balcony that wraps around the entire apartment on both sides with a wooden roof, equipped with table and chairs. Surface: 40 m².
Equipped with: air conditioning, washing machine, TV, barbecue, outdoor furniture, wi-fi, completely fenced and guarded parking space, kitchen utensils, bidet, refrigerator, mosquito nets. Pets allowed with supplement. Sleeps 2+2.

Shared garden with equipped play area for children, sofas and garden furniture, brick barbecue in the common area. The residence also has internal car parking, external showers.

The residence is located in Torre Lapillo, just 400 meters from the beach of Stella Maris and Lido Orange. The famous and renowned seaside resort is a hamlet of Porto Cesareo, reachable in just 6 km. A few minutes away are its most beautiful uncontaminated beaches, such as Punta Prosciutto to the north. In Torre Lapillo there are both free beaches and various equipped beaches, to fully enjoy the beautiful crystal clear sea.
