Inside 
Overlooking the garden and pool, rooms and suites at Masseria Barone have air conditioning, a terrace, vaulted stone ceilings, classic-style wooden furniture, a sofa, minibar and bathroom with stone sinks. In addition, the suites are equipped with a modern living area and a whirlpool bath. 
The structure consists of 6 bedrooms of which the master bedroom is located inside an authentic trullo. It is equipped with air conditioning, bathroom with Jacuzzi, safe, minibar and two smart TVs. The other 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are characterized by different architectures typical of the area. Each has a double bed and a sofa bed. 
The practical and well equipped kitchen. It is located a few steps from two different dining areas, one inside and one outside. It is equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, microwave oven and many other appliances necessary for your stay. The property serves a sweet and savory breakfast every morning.

Outside 
The external area, for the exclusive use of those who rent the farm, is the area most loved by our guests. Those who rent the property will be able to enjoy the solarium area and the swimming pool in complete privacy. The swimming pool with atmospheric lights, equipped with umbrellas, is surrounded by a sun terrace and luxuriant olive groves.

Surroundings 
The property is 20 minutes by car from the historic center and the ancient walls of Ostuni, and is located halfway between the Ionian coast (Punta Prosciutto, Porto Cesareo...) and the Adriatic coast (Torre dell'Orso, Otranto... ). The farm is located in the countryside of Ceglie Messapica, an enchanting place and a perfect starting point for discovering the Valle d`Itria. The center of Ceglie Messapica is about 4 km away, but other towns that are worth visiting are also very close by, such as Ostuni at about 13 km, and Martina Franca at about 15 km. The closest beaches are those of the Ostuni coast, about 20 km away.
