The furnishings are new, modern and in functional style.
The price includes bed linen and towels, usage of water, gas and electricity and daily cleaning, welcome pack and Wi-Fi.
The terrace of the residence has hydromassage pool (8 meters x 5 meters) with sea view on the small village of Santa Maria al Bagno, The terrace is equipped with gazebo, deck chairs and hammocks, lounges and outdoor heated shower.
Animals are not allowed.
The Residence has been newly opened in 2016.

Change of bed linen and towels on Saturdays and change of towels on Wednesdays.In the remaining periods the rate includes: use of the swimming pool, consumption of gas, water and energy, Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels not included. Tourist tax 1 per person for a maximum of 8 nights and a maximum of 2 people.
To confirm the reservation we require a 40% as advance payment by bank transfer.
Balance 30 days before arrival.
The Damage Deposit to pay upon arrival is refundable at end of stay, if there is any damage to the apartment.
