Villa for exclusive use with sea view which can be reached via the tree-lined avenue. From its large outdoor spaces on several levels you can enjoy an exceptional view of the Guardiola sea. The shaded patio is equipped with table and chairs for lunches and dinners, sofas and armchairs for relaxation. 
Everything is enchanting, and allows you to organize cheerful moments of conviviality. There are several corners in the garden equipped with deck chairs to let yourself be lulled by the sea breeze opposite.

Inside  
The house is spread over one floor: the entrance opens onto the living room with living room, furnished with light and simple tasteful furniture, well-equipped open kitchen. A hallway divides the sleeping area made up of 3 bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one triple, 2 bathrooms with shower. Villa Licchetta is equipped with air conditioning (living area only), washing machine, oven, barbecue, outdoor shower, indoor parking space, wi-fi.

Outside  
All around the structure of the villa, there is a large veranda furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs and everything needed to spend pleasant moments outdoors, always enjoying the splendid postcard view.  
On the back there is a cool patio with wattle furnished with a table and equipped with a built-in barbecue for preparing grilled meat and fresh fish from the local fishermen. Pets allowed with supplement.

Villa Licchetta is located on the coast of Lower Salento, on one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in Puglia, which goes from Castro to Leuca, in the locality of La Guardiola, in the Novaglie marina. A few minutes from the villa you reach a little bar on the cliff, one of the most popular on the Adriatic side, with a fabulous view, where you can sip cool drinks.  
The villa is located in the heart of the Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca regional natural park. In a few minutes by car you can reach the renowned towns of Santa Maria di Leuca, Castro, Tricase and its marinas Tricase Porto and Marina Serra.
