Dimora is for 3 people, it is a two-room apartment of approximately 40mq composed of a double bedroom with TV, a bathroom, kitchen with kitchenette and single sofa bed. From the kitchen of this apartment you can access the external veranda with a wooden roof, also equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. From the veranda there is direct access to the swimming pool area. Equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette, TV, wi-fi.

Outside  
The entire structure is surrounded by 4,500 m2 of Mediterranean scrub, is covered by wi-fi, completely fenced and under video surveillance to guarantee guests a peaceful stay. All guests can enjoy the beautiful infinity edge swimming pool, approximately 18 x 11 metres, with a relaxation area equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs, showers and shared bathroom. The Residence has a reception, automatic gate with internal parking space, common area with barbecue area equipped with tables and chairs, laundry area with washing machine and pilozza, outdoor showers covered in rock, children's play area, bikes available for guests.

The residence is 1.3 km from the center of Santa Caterina, 1.5 km from the sea with cliffs with sections accessible for swimming, 2.6 km from the first sandy beach (Santa Maria al Bagno) and 3.5 km from the first famous Gallipoline beaches of golden sand and crystal clear sea. Even in the busiest periods of the year you will find tranquility here. In the center of Santa Caterina it is possible to find services such as bars, restaurants where you can eat excellent fish, markets.
