The apartment is on the first floor and has a paved outdoor area on the ground floor with an exclusive parking space. From here comfortable stairs lead to the balcony which introduces the interiors of the apartment.
The house consists of a dining area with TV, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a comfortable external veranda equipped with a table.
Equipped with mosquito nets, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV, oven, parking space. Sleeps 6.
Outside
The apartment is accessed from a paved space with a private parking space. From here the comfortable stairs lead to the balcony in front of the house, equipped with table and chairs. On the rear balcony there is a washing machine and sink.

The apartment is located in Torre dell`Orso, in the Melendugno marina. The beautiful beach dominated by the legendary "two sisters" is about 1.2 km from the holiday home. In the center of the locality, during the summer season, all the main services are present, as well as a large number of places to spend pleasant evenings. A few km away we find the beaches of Alimini and Otranto, San Foca.
