The villa of about 200 square meters is composed of a main body and an annex.
The main body is composed of: entrance, large living room with sofa, which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed if necessary, dining room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, in each of them there is a double bed and a triple bunk bed, made by a famous craftsman to obtain the maximum final result in both comfort and design (in each room there is the possibility of accommodating five beds), each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower. Sleeps 15 + 2.
Next to the villa and for its exclusive use, there is an outbuilding of about 40 square meters consisting of: a kitchenette, a bedroom also air conditioned, with a double bed and a triple bunk bed, a comfortable bathroom in the room also equipped with a shower with hot water. Sleeps 5.
Outside:
The villa also has two large porches, one facing the pool, and one overlooking the back of the villa. A comfortable staircase leads to a lookout point from where you can admire a splendid view of the Mediterranean scrub and the sea.
The 10x6 meter swimming pool, located close to the house, has a depth varying from 1.00 to 1.60 meters and can also be used by the little ones, thanks to a comfortable staircase that allows access. The maintenance of the pool is carried out by the staff who will check the PH daily and clean it, at the times that the customer deems most appropriate. The lighting of the villa is completely automatic so there is no problem in deciding when to turn the lights on or off. The irrigation system is also automatic, everything has been designed to minimize the presence of strangers during your stay, all so you can enjoy true moments of tranquility in complete relaxation in the company of your loved ones. The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 22 beds.
Services: each room is equipped with a safe, televisions with satellite decoder, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, alarm system with telephone dialer. Outside laundry with washing machine and drying rack, two outdoor showers with hot water, shaded parking spaces, two beautiful brick barbecues.

Santa Maria di Leuca is the southernmost town in Salento, it is an extremely lively, poetic and spiritual place at the same time. The sanctuary of the Madonna de Finibus Terrae brings pilgrims here throughout the year, to admire its beauty but also the charm of the lighthouse, the staircase with monumental waterfall of the Apulian Aqueduct that ends right here. Here you can admire the beautiful sea caves that can be visited by boat, the tourist port among the most important in Salento. Punta Ristola is the southernmost point in Puglia where the Italian flag flies.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
• confirmatory deposit approximately 30%, balance 30 days before arrival • refundable security deposit €500, to be paid on arrival. It will be refunded within 7 days of departure, barring any damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Up to 60 days before arrival, refund of the sums paid;
• from 60 to 30 days before arrival, loss of the deposit paid;
• from 30 days before arrival onwards, penalty equal to 100% of the stay.
