The villa combines contemporary design, introduced through a modern extension, with the historic character of the original trulli.

The living area is spacious and bright, with large windows offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the private pool. The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped, allowing you to easily prepare dishes with fresh local fish or meat, as well as aperitifs or convivial dinners. The kitchen is gas-free, featuring induction hobs for safe and easy cooking. It is fully equipped with appliances and tableware, from a hand blender to champagne flutes and an ice bucket.

The living room features a 4-seat leather sofa with two chaise lounges and a 65” smart TV.

The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 50” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms ensure maximum comfort and privacy. All bathrooms are equipped with modern walk-in showers, designed to make everyday living easy and enjoyable.

The villa is equipped with internet connection, indoor and outdoor sound system, 4 air conditioning units, mosquito nets, surveillance cameras, and an alarm system.

Exteriors

The property extends over an exclusive area of approximately 12,000 sqm, where young olive trees have been planted. Surrounding the villa is a Mediterranean garden filled with wild thyme, lavender, mastic trees, rosemary, gaura, and a corner of succulent plants, creating a unique atmosphere with the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.

The private 40 sqm swimming pool, with a shallow relaxation area, is perfect for swimming or safely accommodating children. A covered pergola allows you to dine outdoors, read in the shade, or simply relax. The fully equipped solarium, with sun loungers and shaded areas, invites you to enjoy days of total relaxation. For social moments, there is a stone barbecue with a smoker. An outdoor shower is also available, ideal for cooling off or after returning from the sea. From its elevated panoramic position, the property offers typical Apulian landscapes dotted with ancient trulli and stunning sunsets.

Trulli Etesia enjoys a strategic location for exploring the whole of Puglia: the White City of Ostuni and Alberobello, with its historic center filled with trulli, can be reached in just a few minutes. Bari and Polignano a Mare are about 45 minutes away, while the beautiful Lecce, famous worldwide for its Baroque architecture, is less than an hour’s drive. Martina Franca lies along the ridge of Puglia, offering the opportunity to enjoy both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts, each reachable in about 20 minutes by car.
