BOOKING CONDITIONS:
To confirm the booking of the apartment we require a 40% deposit by bank transfer by forwarding the booking form, the balance 30 days before arrival.
The security deposit of €400.00 to be paid locally upon arrival is refundable at the end of the stay, unless any damage to the apartment is verified.
