The villa consists of a comfortable living area with dining room furnished with table and chairs and TV and a modern kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher. 4 bedrooms (three with double beds and one with single beds joined or divisible), 3 bathrooms with shower, and a service toilet.
The interiors are furnished with light colors that give brightness and with minimal-chic furnishing elements.
Villa iChiani can accommodate up to 8 people, it is the ideal location for a romantic getaway among the sweet olive groves of the Serre del Salento.

The structure offers a swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, with a panoramic view of the olive grove, a large covered and equipped veranda with a view of the pool.
This new villa has CasaClima certification, which certifies the regeneration from an energy and environmental sustainability point of view, the villa is in fact independent of fossil energy sources and has Controlled Mechanical Ventilation. It does not have heating or cooling systems as it is a PASSIVE HOUSE.

The location allows you to move easily towards the most beautiful places on the Salento peninsula and towards the numerous beaches ranging from the Adriatic to the Ionian coast. Just 10/15 minutes by car you can reach the clear sandy beaches of the Ionian coast: Torre Vado, Pescoluse, the Maldives of Salento, Torre Pali.
