BOOKING CONDITIONS:
• confirmatory deposit approximately 30%, balance 30 days before arrival • refundable security deposit €500, to be paid on arrival. It will be refunded within 7 days of departure, barring any damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Up to 60 days before arrival, refund of the sums paid;
• from 60 to 30 days before arrival, loss of the deposit paid;
• from 30 days before arrival onwards, penalty equal to 100% of the stay.
Check-in at 5:00 pm (if the accommodation is ready, even earlier by prior agreement); check-out by 10:00 am.
