Villa Terre di Mari is located in a quiet area of Torre dell'Orso, immersed in the greenery of one of the most famous seaside resorts in Puglia, in the Melendugno marinas which has been a Blue Flag for years. The sea with the beautiful Due Sorelle beach and other equipped lidos are about a kilometer and a half away. At about 1 km there are all the main services, including restaurants and bars, pizzerias, equipped beaches on the seafront, shops and pharmacies.
About 3 km north on the coast there is the archaeological site of Roca Vecchia famous for its beauty and for the adjacent Grotta della Poesia, one of the most beautiful natural pools in the world.
