BOOKINGS
The rental of all the properties presented on the website www.rivedelsalento.it have the legal nature of “Tourist Lease”. This rental will be concluded by the agency on behalf of the respective owners on their expressed authorization, according to the prices advertised on the website in compliance with the terms and conditions laid out in the private agreement stipulated with the owners themselves. On our website you will find the subdivision of the properties in two types PRIVATE STRUCTURE and RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE, both rented out for self – catering, completely accessorized properties, provided with linen and towels, but not with cleaning or personal care products.

PERIOD OF LEASE
Rive del Salento deals with weekly rentals that run from Saturday to Saturday. During low and medium season it is possible to do short stays, or with arrival and departure days different from Saturday, but only in some properties.

BOOKINGS PROCEDURE
Once the reservation request has been received (via website/e-mail/phone) and the availability for the requested period of the property verified, Rive del Salento will reserve it for the client by sending (via e-mail) the booking confirmation with the necessary bank details for the requested payment. The reservation is confirmed only when the payment within the established terms and copy of the bank transfer have been received.

The reservation request with bank transfer, if not confirmed by the client within the communicated expiry date and time, will be automatically cancelled by the system. The property will therefore be available and can be booked online again.

In order to complete the reservation the booking form has to be filled in, signed and sent back via e-mail and it is necessary to indicate the personal data of who make the payment.

RESERVATIONS MADE LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM BEGINNING OF STAY
For reservations made less than 30 days from the beginning of the stay, the clients have to proceed with a single payment of the total amount of the rental at the time of the booking. The terms of payment will be the same as those in the normal booking procedure.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The booking form contains the amounts and deadlines of the various payments useful for making the booking, as follows:
to proceed with the booking, an advance payment of about 30% of the total amount of the holiday is required to be paid by bank transfer, credit card (where applicable), postal order.
The balance will be paid upon arrival directly at check-in, entirely in cash, credit card where applicable or by cashier's check issued by an Italian credit institution. Please note that many owners will only accept cash payments in euros as they do not have the pos.
In case of cash payment the limit is € 999,00 for each adult occupant who will rent the property pro-quota.

For some structures the balance is required before arrival (30/45 days), by bank transfer, credit card (where applicable).

Upon receipt of the deposit, Rive del Salento will send via email the booking confirmation, position to reach the property ans useful informations.
For some structures where the balance is due before arrival, the booking confirmation will be issued upon payment of the balance.
NB All payments for reservations will be settled and accepted only and exclusively with currency in EURO. In the case of a bank transfer, the agreed price must be received net of any bank commissions, under penalty of being charged to the final account of the stay.

CANCELLATIONS
The Customer can cancel the booking, by registered letter with return receipt or by email, in the 31 days prior to arrival, followed by written confirmation from the Agency. In this case, the entire paid amount as a deposit will be lost. In the event that the cancellation of the booking occurs within a period of less than 31 days prior to arrival, the customer, in addition to losing the paid deposit, must pay a penalty equal to 30% of the entire rent. If the cancellation occurs after the payment of the balance, the Customer will lose all and any paid sum in full and with the express exclusion of compensation for any damages. Please note that some hotels have a different cancellation policy indicated on the booking form.

RESPONSABILITY AND COMPLAINTS
All the properties listed on the website www.rivedelsalento.it have been examined and professionally photographed. The descriptions published by our company correspond to the state of the properties at the time of the visit and acquisition, and have been written in the most truthful way.

Each private house represents Italian tradition and history and does not respond to internationally recognized categories, but follows the personal tastes of the owners. Any minor deficiency related to the characteristics of the architecture and traditions of the location cannot be considered as a ground for complaint.

Rive del Salento cannot be held responsible in case the property does not match the personal liking of the client, since the client has signed the contract, which it is clearly requested to carefully read the property’s detailed page in all its parts. Moreover Rive del Salento provides all the pictures, descriptions, videos, maps and detailed information about the booked property.

In case of people with disabilities, limited mobility or presence of children/infant we would like to point out that some of the properties could have some limitations and architectural barriers. Therefore we advise you to pay attention to the descriptions and photographs of the properties and to request further details to our booking office in order to ensure that the chosen property is suitable for you.

Rive del Salento cannot be held responsible if the client has not read the detailed description of the site correctly or has not contacted the booking operators for further information.

Rive del Salento selects properties with good degree of comfort but if upon arrival or during the week the client should note serious inaccuracies in the description of the property, or if a problem should arise that he is not able to solve or minimize, the client can contact the Rive del Salento Office by calling +39 0832 523201 or the property manager.

Rive del Salento will endeavor with the owner or external society to solve the problem as quickly as possible to ensure guests a pleasant stay at the reserved property. However, reserves the right to verify on site and during the stay of the holidaymakers the reasons for the complaint both inside and outside the property.

Furthermore, no refund will be recognized to clients who leave the structure on request of the owners due to lack of notification regarding people in excess or the presence of animals (the number of people in excess and the presence of animals must always be notified to Rive del Salento and accepted by them in agreement with the owners) or in the absence of payment of the damage deposit requested on arrival.

Rive del Salento does not recognize as grounds for complaint to the agency or the owner: atmospheric events, presence of local fauna, mosquitoes and insects in general (the presence of any non-owned and "passing" animals may occur considering the geographical position of the structures, especially if the location is in isolated and / or countryside areas), maintenance of public roads or renovations of buildings in the vicinity of the rented properties.

Rive del Salento also, unless otherwise noted in the booking documents, cannot guarantee the potability of the water in the properties.
The owners and Rive del Salento also decline any responsibility for personal and / or valuable items left unattended inside the property, especially if the necessary precautions have not been taken.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Roads and distances: please ask for specific information regarding the roads leading to the property, as some properties are located in quiet and uncontaminated areas and have unpaved or bumpy roads.

SERVICES:
each property's profile on the website www.rivedelsalento.it sets out in detail the included services and if you want additional services such as extra cleaning or linen change (where possible), you will need to request them at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Elecricity costs (where required) The cost can be a flat rate (fixed weekly) or can be calculated on the basis of consumption, according to the rates in effect at the time of stay. This cost must be paid upon departure directly on site to the owner or to a manager of the property.

Use of heating and air conditioning: temperatures and period of use are governed by rules that vary from region to region. Normally heating systems can be used from November to April, for up to 8 hours a day, while the air conditioning during the summer months. Customers must imperatively abide by these rules.

Internet connection: in case of malfunctioning the owners will do their best in order to solve any inconvenience. This malfunctioning can occur and be caused by atmospheric agents, network instability, and/or causes attributable to Rive del Salento or to the owner.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Usually the day of arrival and departure is Saturday, unless a different day is indicated on the information of the house. The estimated times for arrival are between 3pm and 7pm.

Check-in If you need to check-in in a different time, Rive del Salento will facilitate your arrival at the reserved property, trusting in the collaboration of the owners, who may require an extra charge for a late check-in.
Any changes regarding the date and time of arrival must be notified to Rive del Salento via e-mail or by phone to the numbers on the final booking confirmation in order to better organize the check-in.

Check-out The departure time must always be communicated at least 12 hours beforehand to the owner or property manager. At least an hour before the announced departure time the client allows access to the owner to check the state of the property and to the cleaning staff to put the house in order. In the event that guest needs to check-out before 08.00 am, the owners at their discretion may require an extra charge, which will be indicated at the time of the request for early check-out.

ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY
On arrival at the property clients are asked to present their booking confirmation and valid ID (passport or identity card) to the owner or his representative for registration as required by Italian law. Without these documents access to the property will be at the discretion of the owner.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
At check-in the customer must pay in cash or by credit card (if applicable) a damage deposit, that will be refundable upon departure if there is any damage to the property.

If the customer does not want to pay the damage deposit, the owner has the right to prevent access to the property.

Should the customer leave the property at different times than those established, the owner is authorized to withhold the damage deposit and to return it only after having checked the property for damages. In the event of damage to the property, the owner can withhold the amount and will pay the remaining part of the damage deposit net.
Rive del Salento declines any responsibility in case of disputes regarding the deposit between customer and owner.

INFANT 0-24 MONTHS
If there are infants, it's possible to require baby cots and seats, to communicate at least 7 days before the rental.

PETS
Each property information sheet indicates whether pets are allowed or not and if a charge for extra cleaning will be required on site. At the time of booking the client is required to communicate any pets he will be bringing with him, indicating the number and size. The owner can refuse access to clients who bring pets without having notified it at the time of booking.

HOUSECLEANING
All rules about cleaning are reported in the technical sheets of each property and in the booking form; in addition weekly cleaning does not include cleaning of the kitchen and waste disposal, which the customer must take care of. The owner will have the right to withhold part of the damage deposit, if these tasks are not fulfilled by the customer.

MAINTENANCE
Ordinary maintenance by mutual agreement with the customer will be allowed access to the owner or his delegate to carry out routine maintenance of the property such as cleaning pool, garden etc.

Extraordinary maintenance after prior notice from the owner, customers will agree with the same, any maintenance to be carried out in their presence, essential for the smooth running of the holiday. If customers cannot be present, they will not be able to prohibit access to the owner or his representatives to carry out any repairs (eg breakage of an air conditioner).

CITY TAX
In some municipalities the tourist tax must be paid by the customers, in cash to the owner or his delegate according to the rates established by the municipality in which the lease will take place.

RULES OF CONDUCT
Guests are kindly requested to have great respect of the structure in which they are staying. It is forbidden to move furniture around in the house, to take furniture and furnishings outside the house and/or to use them in a different way to which they should be used. In the event in which a guest does not respect the standards of good behaviour and this results in damage to the structure or the furnishings, the owner will have the right, at his sole discretion, to consider the lease terminated via verbal communication to the guest and copy in writing to the agency and ask for the immediate removal of the client from the property with the right to appeal also to the police.
Rive del Salento denies any liability in the case of disputes between the client and owner and will provide the client with information about the competent court.

Terms & Conditions

In the following general conditions the user can view all the rules governing the relationships that exist:

1) between SDM Real Estate Agency and owner of the properties;

2) between SDM Real Estate Agency and tourist-guest;

3) between tourist/guest and owners of properties.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The real-estate agency SDM of Leone Mariantonietta based in Lecce in Viale della Libertà 47, Vat n° 04506500752, carries out the activity of real estate brokerage and tourism promotion for the rent of properties, that owners intend to offer to customers (tourists-guests).

Rive del Salento, brand of the SDM Real Estate Agency, is authorized by the owners to provide the following services:

• Advertising the property on www.rivedelsalento.it and on other websites and platforms, which offer holiday proposals and on any other appropriate mean of communication;
• Managing reservations of the properties on behalf and interest of the owner;
• The rental relationship is between the customer and the owner of the property. It follows that the Agency remains extraneous to this rental relationship;
• Property management, such as cleaning and problem solving operations, is carried out directly by the owners or his representatives, not by the Agency.

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

The Customer, by making a reservation through the Agency, declares to be aware of the content of this information document and to expressly and unequivocally accept the following general rental conditions:

1. The reservation is confirmed only and exclusively when the deposit / down payment is received by bank transfer, credit card, postal order, bank check, cash.
   
   
2. Once the booking has been confirmed by the Agency, the rental relationship will be directly between the Client and the Owner.
   
   
3. The Customer expressly excludes any other and different use of the property, than that of temporary housing.
   
   
4. The Customer must provide the Agency at the beginning of the stay with a list of all the names, complete with personal data, of the people who will occupy the property. This number may in no case be higher than the number of sleeps as shown in the property description, unless specifically and previously agreed in writing with the Agency.
   
   
5. The Customer can cancel the booking, by registered letter with return receipt or by email, in the 31 days prior to arrival, followed by written confirmation from the Agency. In this case, the entire paid amount as a deposit will be lost. 6. The rental relationship is between the customer and the owner of the property. It follows that the agency remains extraneous to this rental relationship and to any request of damage.
   
   
7. At Check-in, the Customer is required to present the booking confirmation made with the agency, to privde an ID-Card or Passport, to pay the balance by cash (€ 1999,99 is the limit for each person), by credit-card. Bank or postal checks are not accepted. After checking that the property matches photos and generic descrptions, published by the agency, the client and the owner have to sign the lease Agreement for tourism purpose.
   
   
8. With the pick-up of the keys of the property, the Customer will become the guardian of the property and furnishings, systems and equipment. He will occupy the property with the diligence of a good father/mother, making himself responsible for any caused damage, also on behalf of all those who stay in the property during the stay.
   
   
9. The owner is solely responsible for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the property, of furnishings and equipment. Therefore, the Customer cannot intervene in case of failures to the systems (water, electricity, irrigation, pool purification, etc ...), but limit himself to informing the owner or his delegate, who will solve the problem as soon as possible. In case of non-compliance with this prohibition, the customer will be held responsible for the caused damage, understood as out-of-pocket expenses, emerging damage and loss of profit.
   
   
10. The Owner or his delegate reserve the right of access, in agreement with the Customer, in order to carry out routine maintenance of the property, furnishings, systems (pool), equipment and green spaces.
    
    
11. At the time of collection of the keys, the Customer will pay the damage deposit, as indicated in the Booking Confirmation, to guarantee any damage that may be caused, during the stay, to the property itself, in its structural components, systems, furnishings and anything else taken into custody. Should the caused damage exceed the paid amount as damage deposit, the Customer have to pay a compensation for the greater damage. The damage deposit, in consideration of the type and duration of the contract, will be non-interest bearing and, subject to verification of the absence of damage, it will be returned at the end of the stay.
    
    
12. The property is delivered clean and in perfect order. Therefore the Customer, where specified in the property description, is required to pay the pre-established amount directly to the owner or his representative. This amount, in any case, does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette and the removal of rubbish which are always the responsibility of the customer. Failing this, the owner or his representative may charge the customer the extra cost, which cannot be less than € 50.00. This amount will be deducted directly from the damage deposit.
    
    
13. If not included in the booking price, the customer must pay the utility costs (gas, electricity, water, etc.), based on the actual consumption at check-out. This amount can also be deducted directly from the damage deposit.
    
    
14. If for reasons of force majeure (by way of example but not limited to: ruin of the property, damage to systems that prevent the use of the property, ablation measures of the public administration and / or judicial authority), the Owner unable to guarantee the rental in the booked period, it will be the responsibility of the Agency to re-protect the client in another equivalent or higher accommodation at the discretion of the Agency itself after agreement with the client. In case of lack of agreement, the paid paid by the customer will be returned by bank transfer to the IBAN that the customer will indicate; without recognition of further sums. In any case, the agency will remain excluded from the contractual relationship between owner and customer and no objection of any title can be raised.
    
    
15. For any controversy, the Court of Lecce will have the exclusive and conventional jurisdiction.

   Nel caso in cui attraverso il dominio IMMOBILIARE SDM sia effettuata la raccolta di categorie particolari di dati personali ex art. 9 Regolamento (UE) 2016/679, l’Interessato sarà preventivamente informato e messo in condizione di esprimere – nei modi di legge – il relativo consenso.

IV. Natura del conferimento, fonti dei dati

Il conferimento dei dati personali non è di regola obbligatorio ma, in alcuni casi, risulta necessario, e quindi obbligatorio, per consentire all’Interessato di beneficiare dei servizi e delle funzionalità proprie del sito.

IV.1. - Dati il cui conferimento è necessario

IV.1.1. - Il conferimento di taluni dati personali è necessario, e quindi obbligatorio, per dare corso a specifiche richieste; l’Interessato è sempre libero di non fornire i propri dati personali, ma in tal caso potrebbe essere impossibile per il IMMOBILIARE SDM soddisfarne le richieste, fare fronte alle sue esigenze o consentire di utilizzare, nella loro interezza, tutte le funzioni disponibili sul sito www.rivedelsalento.it.

IV.1.2. - È necessario il conferimento di dati personali identificativi e categorie particolari di dati per:

1. poter usufruire del servizio di assistenza on-line, che consente l’accesso a tale sistema di prenotazione mediante la form di contatto presente nel sito Web,
2. poter usufruire del servizio di acquisto prodotti, che consente al cittadino di acquistare via Web prodotti software presso IMMOBILIARE SDM.

IV.1.3. - Tali dati identificativi saranno trattati – esclusivamente per poter soddisfare l’esplicita richiesta degli interessati – sia con supporti cartacei che elettronici, e saranno conservati da IMMOBILIARE SDM per un tempo massimo di tre anni dall’ultima azione svolta all’interno del sito.

Trascorsi tali tempi di conservazione, i dati personali identificativi saranno cancellati o anonimizzati automaticamente.

V. Base giuridica e Finalità del Trattamento

IMMOBILIARE SDM, oltre ai trattamenti necessari in relazione ad obblighi di legge, di regolamento, o derivanti da ordine dell’Autorità, effettuerà, esclusivamente con il consenso dell’Interessato, ex art. 6 lett. b) GDPR, ove necessario, le operazioni necessarie per consentire allo stesso di beneficiare dei servizi e delle funzionalità del sito www.rivedelsalento.it; nello specifico:

1. la gestione del rapporto con IMMOBILIARE SDM;
2. finalità strettamente connesse e strumentali alla gestione del suddetto rapporto (ad es. per l’acquisizione di informazioni precontrattuali e per dare esecuzione ai servizi ed operazioni, come contrattualmente convenute);
3. finalità afferenti al controllo dell’andamento delle relazioni con la clientela e dei controlli dei rischi di credito e frodi connessi ai servizi prestati da IMMOBILIARE SDM;
4. adempiere a specifiche richieste dell’Interessato.
5. La gestione dei rapporti con il cliente (gestione delle prenotazioni, emissione di fatture, preventivi), a eseguire obblighi contrattuali e precontrattuali, le richieste di contatto, le richieste di assistenza;
6. L’adempimento degli obblighi normativi, in particolare quelli contabili e fiscali;
7. La gestione del contenzioso
8. L’invio (con il tuo consenso, espresso anche con comportamenti positivi) di offerte promozionali, aggiornamento delle tariffe, di auguri a mezzo posta ordinaria, mail, sms, social, contatto telefonico;
9. L’esecuzione (con il tuo consenso) dei servizi alberghieri, tra cui la comunicazione con messaggi e telefonate a te indirizzate;
10. Possiamo utilizzare i tuoi dati per finalità di cui all’art. 130 del D.lgs.196/03
11. Per inviarti (con il tuo consenso), le nostre newsletter o altre comunicazioni, tramite mail, sms, social, contatto telefonico. Il trattamento sarà interrotto in qualsiasi momento, appena avanzata la richiesta (opt-out);
12. Il trattamento, (con consenso scritto), dei dati cd. particolari da te volontariamente trasmessi, per garantire un più alto livello di ospitalità presso le strutture ricettive;

 
VI. Modalità di trattamento dei dati personali

In relazione a tutte le finalità indicate nei paragrafi precedenti, i dati personali saranno oggetto di trattamento informatico e cartaceo ed elaborati da apposite procedure informatiche al fine della personalizzazione dei servizi che IMMOBILIARE SDM è in grado di offrire.

Il trattamento dei dati avverrà in modo da garantirne la sicurezza logica e fisica e la riservatezza, e potrà essere effettuato attraverso strumenti manuali, informatici e telematici atti a memorizzare, trasmettere e condividere i dati stessi.

Le logiche del trattamento saranno strettamente correlate alle finalità perseguite.

VI.1. - Data Retention Policy

In relazione alle finalità di cui alla lettera (V.3) vale a dire la proposizione di informazioni commerciali o promozionali, il relativo trattamento che, in conformità con le previsioni del Provvedimento dell’Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali di cui aldoc. web n. 1103045, non avrà ad oggetto dati sensibili / categorie particolari di dati, avverrà, ad opera del Titolare, previa manifestazione del consenso dell’Interessato, per non oltre 24 mesi dalla raccolta esclusivamente su dati aggregati.

VI.2. - Sicurezza e conservazione dei dati

I dati personali saranno conservati all’interno dell’Unione Europea, le relative politiche di sicurezza sono revisionate in conformità con le Best Practices in materia.

VI.3. - Profilazione

Oltre quanto necessario per consentire di eseguire le prestazioni che consentono all’Interessato di fruire i servizi offerti sul sito, ad eccezione di quanto precisato nella cookie policy, non saranno effettuate operazioni di profilazione in relazione ai dati raccolti attraverso il sito www.rivedelsalento.it.

VI.4. - Data Protection Impact Assessment

IMMOBILIARE SDM sta svolgendo, in relazione alle operazioni di trattamento di dati personali correlate alla operatività del suo sito, anche avvalendosi di specifico strumento di valutazione, messo a disposizione dall’Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali francese (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés – CNIL) apposita Valutazione di Impatto privacy (DPIA), i cui esiti saranno disponibili su richiesta dell’interessato.

VII. Destinatari dei dati e trasferimenti

VII.1. - Responsabili e Autorizzati / Designati del trattamento di dati

Possono venire a conoscenza dei dati personali, di cui alla presente informativa, in qualità di Responsabili del trattamento o Autorizzati / Designati al trattamento:

• all’interno di IMMOBILIARE SDM, il personale qualificato, ciascuno limitatamente alle proprie competenze e mansioni e sulla base dei compiti assegnati e delle istruzioni impartite;
• all’esterno di IMMOBILIARE SDM, soggetti terzi, anch’essi appositamente designati quali Responsabili del trattamento dei quali IMMOBILIARE SDM si avvale per servizi vari ed esclusivamente per espletare tali servizi – ciascuno limitatamente alle proprie competenze e mansioni e sulla base dei compiti assegnati e delle istruzioni impartite.

VII.2. - Comunicazione (a soggetti esterni determinati) dei dati

IMMOBILIARE SDM, per le ordinarie attività gestionali, contabili e amministrative, potrà comunicare i dati personali, previa acquisizione del consenso nei modi di legge, ove previsto, nel rispetto delle misure di sicurezza, a terzi fornitori di servizi al solo fine di eseguire la prestazione richiesta dall’Interessato, quali ad esempio: società di servizi postali; studi legali e notarili; consulenti, anche in forma associata; altre società di servizio; nonché ad ulteriori soggetti in ottemperanza ad eventuali obblighi di legge (quali ad esempio istituti di assicurazione, forze di polizia, autorità giudiziaria, ecc.).

VII.3. - Trasferimento di dati personali all’estero

IMMOBILIARE SDM non trasferisce di propria iniziativa dati personali all’estero.

Tuttavia alcuni soggetti terzi, fornitori di servizi, potrebbero avere i propri server collocati fisicamente all’estero (come nel caso di provider di posta elettronica).

In tali eventualità, il trasferimento di dati all’estero avverrà esclusivamente nell’ambito e nel rispetto del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679, artt. 44 ss.

VII.4. - Diffusione (a soggetti esterni indeterminati) dei dati

In nessun caso i dati personali potranno essere diffusi.

VIII. Diritti dell’interessato

Gli articoli da 15 a 22 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 conferiscono agli Interessati l’esercizio di specifici diritti.

L’art. 15 riconosce agli Interessati il diritto di accedere ai propri dati personali e di ottenerne copia. Il diritto di ottenere copia dei dati non deve ledere i diritti e le libertà altrui.

Con la domanda d’accesso, l’Interessato ha diritto di ottenere da IMMOBILIARE SDM la conferma o meno se sia in corso un trattamento sui propri dati personali e di conoscere le finalità e le categorie di dati trattate, i soggetti terzi cui i dati sono comunicati e se i dati sono trasferiti in un paese extracomunitario con garanzie adeguate.

L’Interessato ha, altresì, diritto di conoscere il tempo di conservazione dei propri dati personali ed ha il diritto di chiedere la rettifica dei dati inesatti e la integrazione di quelli incompleti, la cancellazione (diritto all’oblio) alle condizioni indicate dall’art. 17, la limitazione del trattamento, la revoca del consenso, la portabilità dei dati e il diritto di opporsi, in qualsiasi momento e senza dover fornire delle giustificazioni, al trattamento per finalità di marketing diretto.

I diritti potranno essere esercitati mediante e-mail di IMMOBILIARE SDM, oppure mediante posta ordinaria all’indirizzo presenti sulla home page.

L’Interessato che ritenga che il trattamento dei propri dati personali violi le disposizioni del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 o della normativa interna in materia di protezione dei dati personali, ha diritto di proporre reclamo all’Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali con sede in Roma, ai sensi dell’art. 77 Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 e/o di adire l’Autorità giudiziaria.

Per l’esercizio di tali diritti, o per ottenere qualsiasi altra informazione in merito ad essi e, più in generale, al trattamento dei propri dati personali, le richieste potranno essere rivolte via e-mail ovvero a mezzo posta, agli indirizzi presenti nella homepage.
